20th May 1895, appears at the Old Bailey as witness in the trial of Warre, Graham and White, unlawfully obrtaining 2 PO orders for £3 3s each with intent to defraud. Clarence was assistant to Willliam Griffiths, hosier of 300 High St Chiswick. All three men found guilty and sentenced to hard labour.86
